Florida Campaign Finance Disclosure

Contribution limits (FL Stat. 106.08): Individual contributors may give a maximum of $3,000 per candidate per election (primary and general are separate elections). Corporate contributions are generally prohibited in Florida candidate races. Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited by Florida and federal law.

Attribution required (FL Stat. 106.071): Contributions of $100 or more must include the contributor's full name, address, occupation, and employer. This information is required on all state-filed campaign finance reports and is a matter of public record.

Who can contribute: U.S. citizens and lawfully admitted permanent residents who are at least 18 years of age. Political committees and PACs may contribute subject to applicable limits.
